Anterior shoulder dislocation is a common condition that most orthopaedic surgeons will have to deal with in their practice. Nonoperative management of the initial traumatic anterior likely lead recurrent more than 90% cases younger active population. Recurrent can persist even after instability surgery certain cases. A detailed, accurate assessment patient paramount importance for successful treatment. This review aims provide insight into key concepts consider an dislocation.
